Thématique de recherche générale en oncopédiatrie

Etude des transporteurs ABC de médicaments impliqués dans la chimiorésistance des cancers et des levures pathogènes. Etude de stratégies pour contrecarrer leur action et étude structurale et moléculaire de ces transporteurs. Application au neuroblastome.

Outils, modèles et méthodes d’étude

Biologie cellulaire (cultures cellulaires, transfection, tests de cytotoxicité, cytométrie en flux, SiRNA, tests d’apoptose, immunocytochimie), biologie moléculaire (clonage, mutagenèse), biochimie (analyse et purification des protéines, western-blot, dosage des détergents, cristallogenèse, dosage du glutathion, de l’ATP), biophysique (fluorescence, spectrométrie de masse, diffraction des rayons X, diffusion de la lumière), modélisation moléculaire, “docking”.
